Data Subject Rights request

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, or restriction on your personal data. We respond within 30 days.

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL) في المملكة العربية السعودية، يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها. نستجيب خلال 30 يومًا.

Before you submit

  • We hash your national ID and email before storage. We cannot look up a request without these, so keep a copy of your submission confirmation.
  • We will respond within 30 days. Erasure requests may be limited by SAMA 10-year retention where applicable; we will explain any legal basis for retaining specific records.
